Withdrawal conditions

Information relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 4, - D. Leg. 21 February 2014, n. 21

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal effects

If the customer withdraws from this contract will be reimbursed all payments that carried out in our favor, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from his possible choice of a different delivery type such as option mark or insurance) , without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the day we are informed of its decision to withdraw from this Agreement. These refunds will be carried out using the same payment means used for the initial transaction, unless he has expressly agreed otherwise; In any case, it won't have to support any cost as the consequence of this reimbursement. The reimbursement can be suspended until receipt of the goods or until demonstrated by the consumer of having returned the goods, if previous. The customer is asked to return the goods or deliver them by hand at Volley Time S.N.C. - Via Nicolò Vicentino, 72 - 36100 Vicenza, without undue delays and in any case within 14 days of the day in which he informed him of his withdrawal from this contract. The term is respected if the customer returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. It remains expressly understood that the refund costs are free if the customer withdraws from this Agreement within 14 days from the day in which the customer or a third party, different from the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires the physical possession of the goods. After the 14 days the customer will also have the right to withdraw from the contract but the refund costs will be borne by him.

The right of withdrawal decides in cases where Volley Time S.N.C. Accepters:

• Expiration of the maximum term of 30 days for the request.
• For lack or detection of the asset or its packaging (it is therefore advisable to preserve the original packaging of the product at least until the deadline for the end of the withdrawal).
• Even partial use of the asset and any consumables. The lack of the external packaging and /or original internal packaging.
• Damage to the product.
• State of conservation of the non-normal and unresolved product.
• Damage to the product during transport for customer return to company.
• Use of the original box as a packaging for shipping (carefully packaging the object to be rendered).

In the cases indicated above, Volley Time S.N.C. will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs.
To customers who buy with VAT number will be issued credit notes.
